Nite Flirt CUSTOMER Issues

Customers having issues with Nite Flirt

I appreciate everyone who has stuck with me through the Nite Flirt fiasco. A few of you have contacted me with several issues. I'm happy to assist in any way I can from this side of the problems.

ACCOUNTS: If you are missing funds from your account, or are blocked out of your account, or did not receive a refund or credit for a particular situation, let me know and I will contact customer service for you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: At this time, there is no Customer Service phone number - only an email. This seems to be a new trend among website companies. They don't want to waste time or money on Phone Service to customers plus they do not have to listen to customers bitch. All you can do is send an email and hope they email back.

REPEATED BUSY SIGNAL: If you try to call me and get a repeated busy signal (trust me, calls are not that busy), then please email me and let me know. After some calls, especially those when customers are trying to add money to their accounts or another call tries to beep through, the system automatically sets our buttons to BUSY or AWAY without us knowing. Again, please let me know.

ADDING MORE MONEY: If you get disconnected when you try to add more money during a call, please let me know so I can pass it on to customer service. Each of these glitches have to be repaired before Nite Flirt will pay us for the errors on calls in the system.

DISCONNECTS: If your call is getting disconnected during the call, let me know. On our end, we just assume you shot your load and hung up. If your call is disconnected before you speak to a flirt, let me know.

EMAILS: If you try to email me at Nite Flirt and have difficulties, just use my private email at ladylila@sbcglobal.net

PAY-TO-VIEWS and DOWNLOADS and TRIBUTES: Nite Flirt is having an abundance of problems with each of these. In fact, some of us know customers downloaded and paid for some mails and attachments but the Flirts (us) were not paid for it. If you've ordered anything and paid for it via email, please let me know so I can see whether I was paid for it or not by Nite Flirt. It seems tributes are having a really bad time being paid as well as paid emails. It may be preferable to use an alternative method of payment for these items until this is straightened out, see below:

ALTERNATE PAYMENT OPTIONS: You can pay for any Paid Emails, Pay-To-View Emails, Tributes, Slave Penalties, Lessons or Assignments, Contracts, Sissy or Trance Aids, Downloads, etc., through an Amazon.com Gift Card. Please note that the Gift Card can take 24-48 hours to arrive, but your item will be sent out immediately upon it's arrival. Just state in an email to me, what you would like to purchase with the Gift Card. Same goes for calls if the Nite Flirt system is not working. I have my own Toll Free number you can use, and you can pay with an Amazon.com Gift Card. Again, the call can only happen if the Gift Card is already in my possession.
